Welcome to the Illinois Events Coalition

Hello and thank you for visiting our site and supporting these efforts that we feel are so vital. Like all of you, we have been experiencing the impact of COVID 19 on our businesses, clients, and lives. We are inspired by the work of the Independent Restaurant Coalition, the DC event coalition, and the Live Events Coalition to channel our concern, hope and need for action in positive change. As a response to what is happening everywhere we have formed this coalition in an effort to support one another, our clients and the industry we all love. 

We are an industry that creates memorable experiences for clients and their guests and attendees. To create those experiences, we rely on our collective expertise, relationships and connections. We are calling on all of that expertise, those relationships and connections now as we face the impact that the Coronavirus (COVID 19) is having across the world. We are here so that we can be part of the conversation forming the path forward as we navigate these unprecedented times, knowing that the health and safety of every vendor, client, guest, and the entire global community are our first priority - but saving events, our clients and this industry is equally as important.

We are here in an effort to provide our industry with the correct resources and information needed to navigate forward during these hard times, and keep the lines of communication open as we move ahead in the years to come.

We know the passion, hard work and tireless dedication that goes in to creating these events, and our hope is that by coming together, we can preserve the businesses we have worked so hard to build, the clients with whom we cultivated relationships with, and ultimately the industry that we are all privileged to be a part of. We know that we are stronger together, with one collective voice, and by visiting this website that you also agree with that.
